Our objective is to provide a first class telephone and email-based technical assistance service to our customers, according to documented service level agreements.
Bridge Support services are available in two options:
- Bridge Support Basic. Office hours support during 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday;
- Bridge Support 24x7. Year-round, fully-manned technical support in a lights-on operations centre.
Our aim is to resolve reported operational problems quickly and efficiently.
